Yes, problem here. I have tried the home d2d program with The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring (DVD) (Fullscreen) and I get this message: "This disc 'National Geographic: Beyond the Movie - The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring - DVD - 2001' is not eligible for Disc to Digital conversion." Which is obviously wrong. I have submitted the link "Not Your Disc?" Though you have two options when I type in TLOTR: The Fellowship of the Rings for DVD, so I filled for both of them. I am guessing one is for widescreen and one is for fullscreen. Apparently in reading on this forum this has been the notice people get for this dvd since Nov. of 2013 if not even longer than that. Please fix this error.

Well, I've "tried" many of these discs many times over the last 1-2 years this program has been going and it seems like things take a REALLY long time to get cleared up. Guess I'm just hoping there's some method of "speeding things up"... Like if it's a particular pressing that's having trouble being recognized, maybe figuring that out, or whatnot. I dunno.

Is anyone here having issues with VUDU To Go not recognizing any discs at all?

I launched VUDU To Go, click "add disc" and I put in a Blu-ray and the programs says "waiting for disc". I've let it sit for nearly 30 minutes now, thinking it was just taking long, but nothing ever happens.

I've also simply launched the program and inserted a disc without clicking "add disc" and still nothing happens.

I've tried several different Blu-ray Discs, and I even tried one I had previously converted (several weeks ago; the last time I used disc to digital) and still nothing. I have not changed my Blu-ray player, and my computer recognizes the discs. I even uninstalled and re-installed the program. Nothing is working.

That's all I can think of. Perhaps the program itself is down right now?

                            Thanks to all that read/respond.

Sheena (1984) - "There was a problem while verifying this disc" Flixter's app worked just fine.

Gold Diggers of 1935 - Asked me if my disc was Gold Diggers of 1933 or Footlight Parade (1933). Flixter's app recognized the disc properly.

Meet Joe Black (1998) - Recognized my disc as The Jackal (1997). Flixter's app recognized the disc without a problem.

Baby Face (1933) - "Unable to identify this disc". Flixter's app worked just fine.

Death Takes a Holiday (1934) - Recognized the disc as The Jackal (1997). Flixter could not recognize the disc at all and asked for a UPC code.

Flying Down to Rio (1933) - Asked me if my disc was Shall We Dance (1937), Top Hat (1935), Barkley's of Broadway (1947), Swing Time (1936), Follow the Fleet (1936), or Story of Vernon and Irene Castle (1939). Flixter recognized the disc just fine.
