I had the same problem with Apollo 13 but was able to resolve it by following this "workaround" discovered by another user. Hopefully it will work for you: https://forum.vudu.com/showthread.ph...90#post1269290

I keep getting this message -- There was a problem while verifying your disc -- when trying to do the D2D for the movie Real Genius (1985). Disc boots up and plays fine in my PC, but Vudu To Go simply will not let me get a digital version.

Re: In-Home D2D Bugs - Movie not recognized / Mapping Issues

When converting to HDX from the Bruce Willis Action Double Feature -- Last Man Standing / The Last Boy Scout I encountered a frustrating error.

First off, both movies are on the same disc. When the Vudu-to-Go program detects the disc it says that there are "Multiple matching movies detected". The Last Boy Scout is pictured and converts correctly. However, the version of Last Man Standing is incorrect. The television / DVD movie with the same name (starring Anthony Michael Hall and Catherine Bell) is shown and not one that stars Bruce Willis and Christopher Walken.

The Willis / Walken version of the movie is the one that is on the disc and that should be available for conversion.

                      A Streetcar Named Desire (UPC 883929189670, Blu-ray)

                      -------------------

As noted in another thread (and IIRC earlier in this one), there appears to be a workaround for "Blu-ray misread as DVD" issues to load them properly. Since I had problems because I missed a step in the earlier post, I wrote these detailed instructions:
                      1. Open Vudu To Go and insert the disc. Choose SD, then delete from your cart and close.
                      2. Go to www.vudu.com/disc_to_digital.html ; the title should be in your in-store D2D cart. Delete it (this was the part I missed).
                      3. Look up the title on that page, and add it back to the in-store D2D cart as Blu-ray-to-HDX.
                      4. Reopen Vudu To Go and reload the disc. It will initially show DVD again, but once you click the SD button it will appear in your cart as Blu-ray-to-HDX.

Eraser was reported as broken last November and it's still not working. I picked it up as part of a four disk set at Wal-mart: 4 Film Favorites: Extreme Action. It came with a D2D coupon, so I expected they would work for D2D. Had to give my money to another UV Retailer that did recognize the disc.

sorry I don't have patience to go thru 81 pages to see if these are on the list, but these could not be recognized/verified :

                              Take Shelter

                              And these S. Seagal movies:

The Mods read these forums and comment from time to time. DanielH has even gotten some of these problems fixed in the past (about 10 of my movies have been fixed through him when he pops in here). It seems the most they can do is get the mismatched movies fixed though and they haven't popped in to this thread in a while. The unreadable and unidentified movies seem to be something out of their hands. My guess is we won't see a fix for any of those until the software is out of beta.
