I forget, did anyone ever try to create a separate thread about those Miramax movies not showing as eligible? It seems as though that is not a recognition issue as much as someone doesn't have those titles coded correctly in whatever database they have for eligible titles. At this point, I wonder if anyone from Vudu even looks at this thread to see what they can fix.

I agree. Can we get someone from the VUDU realm respond to this thread to let us know if it is even viable? I would like to know if D2D is still even considered for updates. I will patiently listen to the crickets as we await a response.

I think only the Blu-Ray of French Connection 2 is eligible for D2D (if I am reading Fatty's list right).

If I'm remembering correctly from when I converted it one of the discs in the 2 disc version of the Part 1's blu ray set actually reads as Part II. So, if you ever decide to upgrade to BD then you can get both movies just from part 1 alone.

Re: In-Home D2D Bugs - error reading disc

Every disc that I try to convert to digital I get the message 'error reading disc'. anyone reading this forum be aware that I have called customer support and all they say is they will issue a ticket because this program is in beta mode. They have issued a program that does not work. They also tell you to take it to walmart but my walmarts system times out. They dont offer any other solutions. Titles that I have tried:

              One For The Money
              Across The Universe
              Harry Potter 1-8

With no hopes in converting these to digital in sight, I have to repurchase this movie with a download code off ebay. So essentially I have to buy these titles and others TWICE just to digitalize them. BIG SCAM. Contacting a lawyer to file false advertisement lawsuit.

Error reading this disc. On all my discs. All brand new and one even had a $2.00 credit sticker right on the package. Why offer if your program can't read the discs?
Across the Universe DVD ISBN# 1-4248-6100-4
One for the Money DVD UPC# 3139815152
                All the Harry Potter Movies.

All of the Harry Potter movies worked fine for me, if it says error reading disc, it sounds like your dvd or blu-ray drive doesn't work properly or the discs are all damaged. I have only very rarely seen that error on a disc that my PC was able to recognize.

I almost didn't want to help you after your tantrum at "having" to buy them twice. Deciding to pay more because you can't access a particular feature does not equal being forced to spend money, and spending money unwisely does not mean you were scammed. But there is a conflict with the Intel Rapid Storage Technology driver that makes all VuduToGo D2D attempts fail, so I would suggest trying to update that driver before you waste your time being laughed at by lawyers.

The following Blu-rays are read erroneously as DVDs:

                                Animal House
                                Blow
                                Deep Impact
                                Flags of our Fathers
                                Legends of the Fall
                                The Squid and the Whale
                                State of Play
                                Tears of the Sun
                                Trading Places

Can this be fixed for in home D2D processing?
