This is something that changed semi recently. I could NEVER get any of the double sided discs to work, then some of them would work at random.

I gave up and waited 5 months, and now ONE side of Jack Frost works, and both Tremors 3 and 4 work respectively.

Now, if I could just get Tremors 2 not to read as Tremors, or get either side of Urban Legend: Final Cut to read (can't honestly remember some of the others right now, but I know there are) Though, I was stoked to see some progress on these discs.

Re: In-Home D2D Bugs - Movie not recognized / Mapping Issues

I'm trying to add the 2005 DVD of "Where the Truth Lies", which is listed as being available for D2D conversion. However, it keeps giving me an error message because the software thinks I'm adding the DVD of a different movie with the same title from 1999 which is not available for D2D conversion. I could convert using CinemaNow because their app recognizes the movie, however Vudu is the only service offering an HD/HDX option to the movie instead of just SD. Please fix this ASAP.

The Singing Nun does not read correctly, instead registering two other movies (Boys Town and Christmas in Connecticut, both admittedly sold in the same 4 pack).

Re: In-Home D2D Bugs - Movie not recognized / Mapping Issues

This is the first time I have attempted to convert a D2D at home and NONE of my discs (the titles of which are supposed to be available) are being recognized. I just upgraded to Windows 10 and am wondering if that plus the fact that they did not include any automatic method of viewing movies is what is preventing me from accessing D2D. I did download a free movie viewer in hopes that it would solve the problem, but no luck.

            Any suggestions?

More likely a D2D software issue. I have hundreds of titles which have always had a problem with redemption. Either the disc isn't recognized or there is an error reading the disc. I wouldn't be surprised if there are thousands of titles with these issues.

The Scooby-Doo! Camp Scare [Blu-ray] results in a "There was a problem while verifying this disc." error message. Of course, the DVD works fine but at two and a half times the cost.

EDIT: Same thing has happened to 16 Blocks [Blu-ray] (0-12569-82946-6)

Why oh why oh why is this the case? What is Vudu doing that causes the "There was a problem while verifying this disc." error message?
Okay, so this 16 Blocks fail the D2D. Can anyone tell me which one works, what UPC of 16 Blocks work? How about the DVD Version does that work on D2D? They have had this problem for a few years now, you think it would be fixed.

Just tried the BR Enemy at the Gates 2001...Which the D2D says isn't eligible...Though it's very clearly on the conversion list.

Really wish some of these errors would actually get fixed, there is so much more money I would spend if they were. xD (which one would think would be reason enough to get them remedied.)

No one has read this thread from their side in who knows how long. You're just shouting into the wind by posting disc issues here. You'll have to go back a loooong way to find a moderator answering that updates have been made or even a user saying a disc that wasn't being recognized now is.
The service isn't being improved an longer, only kept online. Sad it isn't being improved like we hoped but being up is still a good thing for folks who haven't used it imo.

I listed some of these back in January and they still get the same error "There was a problem verifying this disc"

What stinks is that I can take them to Walmart, but I won't get the 50% off for doing 10 or more. Apparently they can't honor it in store (I've tried!)
