Re: In-Home D2D Bugs - Movie not recognized / Mapping Issues

Hellboy is being recognized as Punisher. I can't report it via the app because I have punisher and the app doesn't give the "not my disc" option if you own the movie it thinks it is.

Also for the last two updates any DVD I try tells me:

"There was an error reading this disc."
"You may take this disc to your nearest Walmart store for instant conversion."

It happens instantly as if it doesn't attempt to ID the disc and simply redirects me because it is a DVD. These all work on the CinemaNow disc to digital but they only have them in SD or I would have converted them already.

I tried to convert Marvel Knights: Black Panther from disc to digital and received the message unable to Identify disc, then I typed in the name of the movie and it still stated unable to identify, while it lists all other marvel knights titles except black panther and you actually even have the digital copy of marvel knights black panther on vudu. Please update and fix this error

Pretty much any disc that has two sides will not convert. All of these are regular DVD's.

                      Total Recall (1990)
                      The Fifth Element
                      Spaceballs
                      The Replacement Killers
                      Letters to Juliet

It didn't recognize 2010: The Year We Make Contact - I had to enter it manually.

Disc to Digital was a smart idea it's too bad VUDU pretty much let it go. I don't know why they even bother to add films to the list anymore since the majority of them don't seem work and that doesn't look like it's going to change anytime soon.

I've actually had pretty good luck with disc-to-digital so far. Although today, it wouldn't recognize
The Right Stuff 30th anniversary Blu-ray.

Also, when I tried to convert my Godfather Blu-ray collection, it said that all three Godfather movies
                                were Godfather 1 DVDs. WTF?
