Unable to recognize disc in home d2d
      Gun Shy
The Factory (also tried md2d on this, unable to identify upc??)
Also, unrelated to this -- Seven Psychopaths is in library but didn't merge into Movies Anywhere library?

Add these to the list of D2D unrecognized discs that are listed as D2D eligible. Note I did not try these with M2D as I am being very careful not to use up my 2018 100 disc limit too soon.

        Doc Hollywood Blu Ray
        Ice Pirates Blu Ray

Full Monty (024543921813) worked fine for me on M2D, just tested.
The Miss Congeniality Blu-ray set does not work in D2D or M2D

Not all disc read on either program. Just a waiting game to see when or if Vudu fixes that issue.

they stopped scanning discs into the system a long time ago. At the current pace you?ll be lucky if their UPCs work two years from now

Those 2 were newly released Blu-rays and those also show up when doing a search on D2D eligible titles.

They can show up, but still won't work. There's a lot that goes into making them scan and work, other than just adding the title in. I wouldn't be surprised if they stopped supporting discs all together in the next year or so, and went to UPC only.

That is possible of course. But for now they do and it needs to work as described. Which it does not......

Ive tried at least a dozen discs in my collection using the app and barcode. All newer blu ray discs and I keep getting an unknown error, I?ve tried this in months past and no luck. Is this way of converting just broken or am I missing something?

With mobile D2D app, I cannot get Stehpen King's It (1990) to load the HDX. I think it's because I have it in my library already as SD? Can a mod reach out and clear my cart. I heard sometimes an item can bug the cart or conversion.

Dawn of the Dead -2004..(Theatrical Edition-ISBN 0-7832-9719-X) comes up as the "Unrated Version" (ISBN 1-4170-1814-3) I own both (theatrical/unrated) physical copies, a bluray "unrated" copy and a Vudu..SD copy. I was attempting to upgrade my Vudu copy to HDX.

White Men Can't Jump Bluray, says Unable to identify this disc, tried the app, UPC 024543876199, get the sorry, this barcode not recognized. Thank god they removed the ability to go in store to get past these kind of errors, all those human errors were just too much, and the computers are infallible.......

Hey friends - I'm hoping someone here can help out, as I'm having lots of issues getting a straight answer from the dedicated Vudu support folks. I can't seem to get the Vudu to Go app to check-out; when I load in a disc it'll read it correctly (woohoo!) but when I go to choose either HDX or SD it says "Error creating cart" and won't let me add the disc. Anyone else had this issue? I've done some digging around and haven't found any solutions. If it helps, I've tried multiple computers (Windows and PC) as well as different blu-ray & DVD drives, but no luck. I'd be fine with using the M2D app (it's worked like a champ for me) but I definitely don't want to hit my 100 disc limit...
