The Fandango at Home Forums are designed to help viewers get the most out of their Fandango at Home experience. Here, Fandango at Home customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Fandango at Home and Fandango at Home -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc).     Strike Back Seasons 1 and 2

    I used my codes from my BLu Rays at Flixster, they show up there but not on my Vudu account, are they not UV and if they are how can I get this fixed, any ideas.

    Vudu will only import UV items if they have the UV symbol on Vudu also. Looking on Vudu.com they do not appear to be UV on Vudu so they will not show. Unfortunately Vudu does not import your whole UV library. Most people tend to have a few things in their library that Vudu can not import. For example, I have "The Color Purple" in my library, but Vudu does not have the movie so it won't import. TV shows in particular tend to be very hit or miss when it comes to being UV compatible across all websites like Vudu, Cinemanow, Targetticket, etc....

          These codes have three redemptions.

          1. iTunes
          2. Vudu
          3. UV/Flixster

          If you want Vudu, you have to redeem it on Vudu. Once it's been redeemed on Vudu, it can not be redeemed again. The other two redemptions are still valid. Now, if you purchased or were given the UV portion, that will not show up on Vudu. You can try Target Ticket...not sure if that one will pull the UV code on these or not.

          FYI... in the future...if you are getting these codes from somewhere other than buying the sealed discs yourlsef, the HBO/Cinemax shows currently have these three redemptions. For these, UV does not equal Vudu.

            Nope, bought the discs from a vendor at the Gilbrater Trade Center ( think giant flea market but all new stuff not used), also bought Banshee and The Purge from the same vendor, both of those redeemed at Vudu but have not tried them at Flixter yet ( The Purge is already there, not Banshee).

              Well, that's odd then about Strike Back. I redeemed both of my seasons in Vudu. Could the codes for the seasons be mixed up? Did you try the same code for both seasons to check? Were you doing a copy and paste or typing the code in? Sometimes when you copy and paste an extra blank space appears at the end of the code, and you have delete it. Just trying to think of reasons why it will not redeem. Could the vendor have opened and resealed them?

              Lastly, you can contact Vudu and see if they can help. Maybe they can see when the code was redeemed? You should also be able to redeem the codes for Strike Back and Banshee on iTunes as well if you wanted to. For The Purge, it should already show up on your Flixster account since it is UV.
