The Fandango at Home Forums are designed to help viewers get the most out of their Fandango at Home experience. Here, Fandango at Home customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Fandango at Home and Fandango at Home -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc).     Justified Season Four issues...

    So I tried to redeem twice on vudu and both times it failed to create the promo. So I decided to enter the code on sony's site and it redeemed fine but is not showing up on vudu. Why do we keep running into this issue with tv shows?

    Same issue no were does the UV for Justified season 4 seem to work.
    Only place to watch is the Sony sight.

      That one comes up OK for me (I think) at the F'ster site, but yeah, it's not linked to UV (currently) via Vudu. I'm hoping that Vudu gets that fixed soon so it shows up for me properly here too.

        I contacted them regarding this issue and they said it was not compatible with ultraviolet on their site and pretty much I was sol. This crap is ****ing me off. Nothing ever works as it should.

          Well yeah really upset about that then I paid the extra money Wal-mart wanted for it BECAUSE it had the UV tag and on that tag the Vudu logo.

            You should show them that cause the uv is redeemable on this site it just wouldn't work so I tried it on Sonys site and now it won't show up here. This is definitely an issue they could easily fix.

              It will likely be fixed in the next few days/weeks, once Vudu and Sony do whatever negotiating they have to do in order for Vudu to be able to link over to the UV library for these episodes. For now, Vudu isn't showing it as an item they are partnered with UV for, so we don't get the UV copies.

              It is pretty silly that it isn't resolved in advance of the street dates for the physical disc copies, but given the delay in pre-order copies of other big releases that people have purchased in stores, what else is new?!?

              As much as I'd like to be able to use Vudu to watch the episodes with, I'll wait.


              On the other hand, I could be having the issue with the F'ster side as I do currently with several titles that are only available here. In those cases, since there's no Vudu app available on my shiny Kindle Fire HDX tablet device (and there is an F'ster app available there), I could have the joy of not being able to watch many of my more favorite titles on that device since, well, they just aren't available for that UV partner to make available to me.

                We've informed Sony and are waiting to hear back about the redemption site not working correctly. I'll update as soon as we have more information.


                UV transfer on VUDU isn't available for Seasons 1-3, so i very much doubt it will be available for Season 4. I'll put in a request with our content team to see if it's a possibility in the future.

                    Just like the hatfields and Mccoys which is still not fixed. Its not uv enabled even thou it says so on the sticker. I redeemed it here but it does not go to any uv locker even thou it states that is UV.
