Anyone ever had HDX go missing from your movie?

I know for a fact I converted my Ghostbusters 4k disc to HDX this past summer. It read as a dvd and charged me full price but I know that I converted it to HDX. Don't know what made me check the movie but I was scrolling through my titles and noticed its only showing up in SD now. What's up with that? I have 600 plus UV movies in my cloud and didn't notice any others as of yet. However, thats really strange. Trying to find my disc to digital receipt no luck at the moment. Just thought it was really strange. Hoping that I can find a receipt so I can send in a ticket.

EDIT: Come to find out I did not know for a fact lol. I must have dreamed that I converted the movie or just dreamed that I had it in HDX. I do have it in SD but between having a UV slip in Blu ray and thinking that I manually added it. I just can't figure out how I don't have this in HDX. I almost 90 percent of the time use my UV slips from my movies. But, this one claims to have been used. Shrugging shoulders and feeling stupid. For the record Daniel has helped me in the past and always provides top notch support. I just happened to be wrong on this one.

To verify you bought HDX look under your account-> then to Balance and History, then click on the appropriate "In home Disc to Digital conversion" which will bring up the details including titles and quality of the conversion.

Thanks for the tip Grey Ghost! That works for small orders. However, the one large order where I had 200 dollars worth of conversions will not pull up so I can see it. You ever have that problem? Thanks

It appears that I was wrong all along. I would delete my post but I can not figure it out. After searching through all my transactions. It appears as though I've never had Ghostbusters in HDX. Thanks for the help Daniel and sorry for being wrong. I wasn't trying to make Vudu look bad.

I've only done much smaller transactions and they all come up.

There was a thread where a forum member reported his D2D copy of "There's Something About Mary" going from the unrated version to the theatrical, if I remember correctly. It took about a month, but got corrected.

Personally, I have never had one go missing.

Yep. An Harold and Kumar Go To Whitecaste-Unrated got taken away and never replaced at all. I still have it in my Vudu account, but the UV symbol disappeared and it was removed from D2D.
