Support Ticket Status= Do Not Use-HOLD? What does that mean?

I bought a movie at Walmart that came with a code for a free movie. It did not say what movie I would get (it was one of those multi-movie packs). I redeemed it and it gave me 5 movies so terrible looking that it was funny (seriously, Google the movie Bahama Hustle if you don't believe me ). I put in a support ticket over a week ago asking to delete the movies. They are not UV so it shouldn't be a problem, or so I thought. I realized today I never heard back from support so I decided to check up on it when I see a message that says "Do Not Use-Hold" where it would normally say Closed or Customer updated. What does that mean?

Sorry, this is something we do internally to track the case. Could you give me your reference number so I take a look?

I think it means exactly what it says. I opened a ticket and the problem resolved itself before a response so I noted it as such, and that is it's status now. Just an internal tag for a resolved or useless ticket.

Either that or VUDU support agents are about to HALO jump into my location and spirit me away to an undisclosed location with no UV support...You'll never take me alive Daniel H!!!

Unfortunately mine didn't resolve itself. I'm sure Daniel will get it solved so I no longer have to see Bahama Splash, Pastor Jones or Grand Opening in my library. It would have made sense to get those movies had I chosen a different movie at walmart. The movie I bought was a 10 movie Action DVD. None of those movies are on it.

I have the same status on my case 140303-000020. I am thinking you have accidentally exposed some internal comment for external consumption.

Not exactly, it's really just a poor title for a status .

Give your code a try now. Launch date was set for 3/10/14

I also have that status. It's been over a week and no response.

Look what I started Sorry about that. It is a very confusing status title though.

                            Hi Nick,

I'm sorry for the long delay in our support teams response. In your case, there isn't a lot we can do in the short term. If you don't have a computer capable of converting the movies, finding a store that can do it for you is your only option. If you have the store number available for the Walmart you already tried, i can pass along feedback to see if they can be trained. As for an immediate solution, you may want to call the Walmart stores in your area to see if they can help you.
