DanH - I think that at least you guys can trace back to see why this happened so that it won't happen again to anyone else and if you can trace it back, please move these movies back to my in-home list. After all, if they can be moved out of my in-home list, then I would think Vudu could move them back. I will add this request to my case.
Any time VUDU support or a Walmart employees opens up your D2D cart, it will convert any in-home movies to in-store. We're aware of the problem and unfortunately it is a limitation of the beta. We cannot rebuild this list for you at this point.

My suspicion is that they disappeared when I took four other movies to Walmart to do the in-store conversion on those. I bet somehow the in-store conversion messed up my at-home D2D conversion list. I have contacted support with the hope that they can add them back in for me, but I doubt it. As I usually do, I already gave away many of these DVDs because I don't want them once I have them on vudu. I guess I won't do that again! Very frustrating!
Sorry, Quackman. We cannot rebuild in-home d2d lists.
