World War Z, Star Trek into Darkness

I was attempting to convert the Bluray version of these movies but got the problem verifying disk error. Then tried the DVD version and same thing. The only common thing between these two movies is that I redeemed the itunes version of these movies a couple months back(before I discovered the wonderful world of UV!!) and was wondering if that would cause an issue?? Thanks

Wait, you redeemed just the iTunes portion of the code? If you never redeemed it for UV, you may want to try entering those codes in on the Redeem UV page.

Unfortunately I discarded the inserts with the code. Didn't think I would ever need it again....

I never discard the codes even after I redeem them as you never know when you may need to prove that you have the code.

You can try contacting apple support to see if they can tell you the code you used to redeem the movies. Like most places their support is hit or miss though. I believe I successfully had them send me the code I used to redeem a movie once.

To answer your other question, no the iTunes redemption is not the problem. The software is just not great at converting newer or recent movies.

It's mostly miss for me so I wouldn't count on it.

It seems like something has changed since lately the program is having more and more issues with verifying discs.
