    New Lionsgate UV titles

Echopulse mentioned in the Kevin Smith thread that Chasing Amy and Clerks are now UV. I just checked my wishlist and saw that the Cider House Rules is now also UV. Anyone else notice any new Lionsgate UV titles? Hopefully they will be d2d soon.

Cider House Rules gives me the "There was a problem while verifying this disc." error message.

Other UV and D2D eligible titles are ...

    The English Patient (+)
    Hostage (1)
    Serendipity (+)
    Shakespeare in Love (1)

Not sure when those began UV eligible.

(+) Works in the Vudu D2D program
    (1) There was a problem while verifying this disc

Those others became UV about a month or so ago when they released the new Miramax Anniversary DVD and Blu Rays that had UV codes with them. Some have become d2d since then. English patient and Serendipity seem new though?

They are also all d2d now. Hopefully fatty's next update will show the new stuff soon.

Just noticed Scream became UV and D2D at some point however it gives the following error message:

"This disc 'Scream [Blu-ray] - BLURAY - 1996' is not eligible for Disc to Digital conversion."

The Hitchcock file Rope is not available for D2D, but it's Warner Brothers. For some reason though, I cannot put that movie up when I search for it.

No luck for me with "Clerks".

Blu-ray (Lionsgate) => returns as "Chasing Amy" / not eligible
                  DVD (Disney) => not eligible

                    Re: New Lionsgate UV titles

I've tried some of the titles for D2D with mixed results.

The English Patient Blu-ray was recognized by in-home D2D and it worked.

The Cider House Rules, Clerks, and Chasing Amy were recognized, but I got a message that they were not eligible for disc-to-digital conversion. I realize I can still take these to Wal-Mart to convert them. I will wait and see if the in-home D2D is updated soon and allows these to be converted that way.

Another issue I see is that when I type 'Clerks' into Disc-to-Digital, only the Blu-ray option shows up. Chasing Amy has the Blu-ray and the DVD as options.

The Hitchcock file Rope is not available for D2D, but it's Warner Brothers. For some reason though, I cannot put that movie up when I search for it.
Rope is now released by Universal and it should be eligible for D2D. I say this because I converted it last year through in-store D2D.

I figured this out and commented on this in another thread. I actually converted it about a year ago and forgot about it. Vudu's search engine lead me to believe that Rope was not even available because it hasn't been listed when I search for it or when I searched for Hitchcock movies.

When we own a movie their search engine needs to show us the movie. This isn't the first time we have tried to look for a movie, not found it on Vudu, and thought we didn't have it when we did.

Looking at the coming soon tab on that other website I see that Mimic-Unrated should be UV soon and have a UV code. Says to check back on June 17. It'll be nice to get one of Guillermo Del Toro's earlier films on UV.

There are several Lionsgate titles I'm hoping soon go D2D and UV. Scream 2 and 3, Four Rooms, and Rambo III being key among them.

I have Rope in my cloud in SD, D2D.
