Items 38, subtotal $37.00. Stuck VUDU to go.

I have a strange bug in the software that has me stuck. See picture below.

I cannot click on view order. I cannot Add disc. I have logged out. I have shut down VUDU To Go. I have rebooted. I have logged out and back in. I really don't want to lose the list as I cant view order to see what I have put in.

Any one have any ideas? I have not tried to uninstall and reinstall the software.

Well I uninstalled and reinstalled the software, but same thing is happening. It would be great to get the list but I fear I will just be stuck again. I don't think this information is hosted on my computer, but on a "VuDu" server someplace. So getting the list at this point is not going to help me upload more movies.

Who can I contact over at Vudu to look into this matter for me?

DanielH if I can find the PM area of this forum I will send you a PM so you can help me get the list.

Can tech support at VuDu help me please?

I have the same issue. I have 39+ items in my que. When I hit the view order button it just highlights the words on "view order". I already talked to vudu several times during the week. It has happened on 4 diff computers with 3 diff operating systems. A vudu rep mentioned that its an issue with my account not my computers. What I gather from that response is they were able to replicate the issue by logging in on my account on there computer and seeing it was doing the same thing. I used an account under my wife's name and it worked fine. Still waiting on help from engineers hope to here something by thursday.

Well problem was resolved, Vudu found a bug that causes issues when using Vudu to go on multiple computers. Only have one cpu with bluray drive, but to lazy to do all my movies on one computer. Since my desktop is easier to do all the d2d from. Anyway they had to wipe out my que and that seems to have cleared up the issue. So word to the wise don't do like me and scan your library ahead of time and wait till payday to run them. That was 38+ movies I had to dig out of a box and rescan. Saves you lots of problems, if you just run 10 at a time.

I only use one computer, but I agree. I will do 10 at a time from now on. Sad sad part is they can't get me the list. I will have to go through my 1000 + collection to try to figure out which ones I did not do. I don't have a receipt to go off of. Sad they can not get me the list of movies. Where is this list of movies kept? It would have to be some place?

DanielH can you help me out? just post the answer on this forum please. I don't know how to send you a PM.

I wonder if this is the SAME bug we reported a year or so ago with the Disc-to-Digital list we use when we go to Walmart. The only difference is the number. Sounds like the program module used to store the list of titles to be converted still has a bug.

Here is what we posted back in 2012:
When I try to print my D2D Movie List I get it shows all the titles I added to my list but it "prints" only the Walmart & Vudu logos and heading. None of the titles print.

This only happens if I put 18 or 19 titles on my list. If I have less than 18 or more than 19 titles it prints the list fine.

Something else that was strange the last time I printed my list was that it printed the last two titles from the prior list, even though it didn't show on "My Movie List". The two extra movies were not included in the total dollar amount that prints at the bottom.

I'd left some items in my shopping cart for the store D2D while i fought with the home D2D program. I finally got it working yesterday, and added 10 to my collection. Unfortunately some of them where on the store list, and now they are stuck. They don't show in the store cart, but when I print the list, they are still in the cart. I tried to add them, and the program knows they are there, and gives me an error that they are already in the cart. I've not read where anyone has found the secret to cleaning it up, so I opened a ticket. Unfortunately it's a holiday weekend, so my trip to the store is off for the weekend it seems.

they are stuck in the position on the store list if you delete and readd titles in that position they should go away
