Problem with reading Blu-Rays after Vudu to Go after ver 2.1.1 Update

I have used Vudu to Go before many times with only an occasional problem reading a disk before. I just upgraded my computer running Windows 8.1 with your Vudu to Go app from version 2.0.9 to 2.1.1. When I went to add a few newly purchased sealed Blu-rays from Best Buy that were on the conversion list I was unable to add NONE of them. They are all Blu-rays and titled as follows together with error messages:
    - The Curious Case of Benjamin Button [2009] (There was a problem while verifying this disk)
    - Under Siege [2006] (There was a problem while verifying this disk)
    - Breakfast at Tiffany's [2011] (There was a problem while verifying this disk)
    - Gremlins (25th Anniversary Ed.-2009)(There was a problem while verifying this disk)
and one more with a different error
    - Risky Business [2008] (Unable to identify this disk)

I tried the same disks on a Windows 7 machine after the mandatory upgrade and got the same errors.

I realize I could go to Walmart and convert these disks, but I would like to get the 50% bulk discount and also get the program to work again.

You are not the only one having this issue. The program just failed to identify 6 out of 6 eligible blu rays for me just now, and there are others complaining with similar issues today.

Actually the Vudu systems seem to be working better now. Just a small glitch in the past day or so.

This should be back up and running. Our apologies for the short outage with the beta.
