There's a form at the site you can use to complain and they get back to you pretty fast but it's always the same response about being fixed soon. Problem is that is never has been fixed as we're still waiting....

So in regards to the problem where the last movie (alphabetically) will not show up on uvvu.com but it does on vudu.com. I got an email from UV support saying "Your problem is best solved by Vudu support so we are transferring the issue there". WTF? There is nothing wrong on the Vudu website, it is wrong on the uvvu.com website.

This whole thing is going to fail. Idiots are at the controls, and the owners don't care. This stuff will stay beta forever, until it is killed.

Re: Need help removing a title from my library (yes, remove)

uvvu.com "upgraded" its site, but in the process it's become more slick yet more buggy. I notice there is a LONG lagtime between adding titles via VUDU / Target Ticket & the titles actually showing up in the "library" over on uvvu.com... It seems to be a problem on uvvu's end. I just doesn't seem to be fully querying / refreshing titles frequently. It's rather bothersome. The last time mine seems to have been updated was a few months ago. Newer purchases still don't show up...

The titles are still "there" in the library (clearly, since I can see the titles on multiple sites), they're just not displaying the uvvu library, which is annoying. In theory, though, if you can at some point 'see' your title, there should be an option to click on it and select 'delete,' if you truly don't want the title anymore.

You might simply send them an e-mail to the UVVU folks detailing the problem, that titles you've purchased are showing up in VUDU and/or other front-ends, but not showing up in your UVVU library, thus unable to see/select/delete them.

I've finally given up after a 16-message back and forth with them. They have a bug where the last movie I added does not show up on uvvu but it is fine on vudu. If I add one more movie, then the one I cannot see now will show up, but the new one won't. It probably has to do with them deleting the one title that was invalid so I wanted it removed. They can't seem to understand what's going on and I don't want to deal with them anymore, it's just a waste of time. I don't know what it takes to convince them the website just has a freaking bug and they need to tell a developer to fix it.
