Vudu-To-Go problems with cart & order.

    Yep, just had this happen for the second time. First time was in May. If my only option is to call these fools and have them delete my current order of 12 so I can go find all these things again (some were packed up for storage, some were loaned out to other family members) then I'm probably done with this nonsense until they get their act together.
    This is obviously a common problem and they haven't figured out squat in the 6 months since I last had this problem.
    Terrible program, terrible customer service.

        Same issue here. When will they have this corrected. From what I understand the only way to get it to work again is to call them and have them delete your current cart? Frustrating, I've converted 1000 plus movies with this program and now all of a sudden it does not work?

            As of this past Saturday morning, V2G was working fine and I added a few discs to my growing cart order. As of Saturday afternoon, the button to View Order no longer appeared and I am unable to access my cart to complete the order or start a new one.

            Can something be done to remedy this? I have tried uninstalling completely (all residual files/folders as well) and reinstalling several times to no avail. I have tried accessing my cart on another computer with no luck.

            I would prefer not losing everything that's already in the cart if possible.

              I looked at your account and cart. I didn't see anything that could be causing this issue like in other cases. I might need to clear your current cart unfortunately. Are you still having this issue?

                I can not get past the cart either. Keeps telling me We are unable to complete your transaction. Please update your billing information here.

                  Mine is also not working. I have 35 items in there from the last month, and they've all been packed up for storage. Please fix this, or at least give me a list of movies in the cart so I can re-convert them. Also, before it messed up, there was a special if you converted 10 movies, you got them for 50% off. Last week when I added my last movie, it showed $35, now its $68. Why??
