I was just told the limit was reset. Can you guys check to see if you're able to convert now?

I have tested and the M2D is working properly. I was able to convert a couple discs to validate it is working (leaving me 98 more for this year M2D). I didn't convert 1 (Batman and Robin Blu-ray which scans as a DVD and requires $5 for HDX).

Considering this is working, I had hoped D2D would no longer have the "Error Creating Cart / Error Adding to Cart" issues. Well the M2D reset didn't fix the D2D issue with titles previously scanned after the 2017 100 disc limit was reached.

FelipeF - Is there a fix in the works for the former 2017 D2D issue related to scanning past the 2017 100 limit so we can actually use D2D to convert not eating up our 2018 M2D 100 limit?

FelipeF Last night I reached a limit, and my collection has over 2,000 titles. I don't want the conversion process to take 20 years. Any way that I can get my limit reset? I just learned of this amazing service last month.

Try doing the in home D2D on your computer. That's how I originally started doing mine before the M2D came along. It's a shame they quit doing the conversion in store at local Wal-Marts. The ones that didn't work at home I was able to get done in store...now, there is no backup to the backup.

After you get the 100 limit. Do not scan any more with M2D. If you do it is possible any title you scan will not work with D2D due to a cart issue. I had that happen 5/2017 and to this day I cannot convert with D2D any title I scanned in M2D after hitting the limit.

So who do we contact to reset the limit on our account or is that possible? We moved and as I was unboxing our BluRays I scanned a lot and already hit the limit for this entire year. )-:

You will have to wait until next year when the reset occurs again.

Just out of curiosity is there a reason they only allow 100 conversions per year? I just found this service and started using it, within the last two months or so. And have either hit my limit already or have come very close to it. I don't even buy physical disks anymore, just buy the new releases or movies I don't own physical copies of through Vudu.

Am I correct in assuming that In-Home Disc to Digital has no limits?

When I first did Vudu 6 years ago Disc 2 Digital had just started a little before. I inserted the discs into the CD ROM and used a Vudu downloaded program to put all my movies on. There was no limit.

I believe the 100 limit is strictly on Mobile D2D.

If you do the physical route I believe you can do more.
