    Ongoing issues with Mobile D2D

    So I started to convert my library of discs to digital using the IOS Mobile app back in October 2017 and successfully converted about 60 movies. After those were converted for some reason it stopped working, and can't figure out why. Now when I try to scan a UPC code (no matter which movie) I'm just getting an "Unknown Error - Unable to process the request. Please try again." No matter how many times I've tried I get the same error. I've been in touch with their support team both via email and over the phone and have done everything they've suggested (e.g. deleting and reinstalling the Vudu app, trying on different devices, etc.) but no luck. After my last phone conversation with the Vudu support team (which was about a month ago) they said that they were going to escalate this, but I have not heard a word back from anyone either online or over the phone. My support reference # is 171024-001176 and it doesn't look like it's been updated by anyone other than me since Oct. I would love to continue to be able to convert my movies and pay Vudu, but at this point I''m at a stand still. If anyone out there has any suggestions or recommendations I'd appreciate it.

      Thanks Felipe. I don't think I currently have anything in my cart, but if you see something different, then I'm all for trying something to get this fixed.

          Good to know it's not just me. I'm wondering if this is more of a widespread issue. Have you had any luck contacting Vudu support with your's?

                Sure. Its an odd error. Wish it would just say 'There is an issue with you payment option. We recommend you try a new one.' etc.

                  FelipeF; can you clear my cart? I can't even click edit cart to delete items I added to the disc to digital conversion. It's like an endless loop of error.

                      My Vudu to go/ Disc to Digital isn't working. It says "We are unable to complete this transaction. Please try again later." when I click on edit or proceed to checkout. What do I need to do to fix this?

                        I have the same problem "We are unable to complete this transaction. Please try again later." this is in my computer. With the mobile it says something about an error when looking the cart for checkout.

                              I had try everything, but still no luck. The App can recognize the location, even though Google Maps indicates differently... Cleared Cache, History, Uninstalled App, Reset Phone, Took off Apartment #, and nothing for months.
                              I hope the technical department can find the issue.
