    November Man Not UV?

My HDX Vudu copy of November Man isn't UV compatible?! It's UV compatible on other services like Target Ticket but isn't UV on Vudu. Is there some way this can be fixed?

      Hi DanielH,

Could you also please look into this issue?

It appears that other users are also having a problem where their code for November Man is coming up Invalid, saw this mentioned on a few other forums as well.

      https://forum.vudu.com/showthread.ph...62#post1274662

      Thanks.

        Thanks.
Probably not much Vudu can do about that, but I was having the same problem and a quick email to Relativity got me a new code that worked...

This is the third recent title that wasn't UV enabled on release date. (Madea's Christmas, Tammy Extended Cut) were the other two. Tammy finally got the UV enabled weeks later after I spent money to buy the regular cut because my UV sharing partner bought the extended cut. Madea's Christmas got the UV late in the day of release date.

Its just a little frustrating that Vudu seems to struggle getting the UV part enabled when all other services don't seem to have that issue.

That being said Vudu is the best I just wish they would take better attention to the UV thing. They promoted share my movies so heavily they need to do a better job.

You also have to understand that this might not solely be the fault of Vudu.

In this case specifically, I believe based on what DanielH wrote in another thread regarding November Man, that they are waiting on the information from the studio in order to set up this title as UV Enabled. If the studio hasn't given them that information yet, I fail to see how that is Vudu's fault.

I understand what your saying my problem is every other provider has them as UV enabled. So at some point you have to think maybe the fault lies with Vudu? Now if all of them didn't have UV then I would blame the studios.

It's fixed. It's now UV status in Vudu.
