Problems with a bunch of d2d movies not showing in my uv library

I have had a good number of titles disappear from my uv library that i had done d2d on here at vudu. They are still in my vudu account and were in my uv account at one time but now they are gone. It is not just a couple but around 50 i think. I have unlinked and relinked my account multiple times trying to see if that would fix the issue but it has not. They are in my flixster library so they were in my uv account at one time but they are not anymore as they do not show at the up on uvvu site or tt or cn. Is it possible I can get vudu to resend them to my uv library?

The UVVU site is very buggy and often is missing movies, although usually when they don't show on UVVU.com it's more of a display problem for that site, they still show up in other libraries. From what I understand, VUDU can't "send" movies, they just open your account to UVVU.com, and that site reads the movies in your account (and vice versa) at least once an hour, since new movies usually show up very quickly...when it's working properly. Which movies are they? That would help diagnose or trace the issue.

Also important is where you bought the movies originally, but you said they were all purchased or redeemed at VUDU, correct?

I don't think movies redeemed at VUDU would show up at Flixster if they're not in your UV library, so I think this may be a combination of 1) the UVVU.com library not displaying everything, which is very common, and 2) other providers not having certain UV movies in their libraries or not having the same ALID (unique ID for a UV movie license). We might want to rule those issues out first.

I have gone back and looked over my purchase history and it appears anything that was purchased before 5-31-14 is no longer in my uv account. Yes they were purchased or redeemed with vudu. It all started because i noticed target ticket was missing a bunch of my titles that vudu and flixster show. Then i checked cinema now and it matched tt's list. Then I checked uvvu.com's list and it matches tt and cn. all while vudu and flixster show around 220 more than anywhere else.

Wait, if Flixster is showing some of your VUDU movies, then they must be in your UV account, even if you can't see them. Flixster wouldn't have their own record of what movies you have from Vudu. It sounds like a UV issue, really, although with all the issues they're having it's hard to say exactly what might be wrong in your case.
