Fury UV not showing?

    Fury UV not showing?

    Is there a problem with the uv copy of Fury transferring to Vudu when redeemed on sony website? I redeemed through sony and I still haven't seen it come through on vudu yet. Please advise.

    I've been noticing that new additions to my collection have been slow to transfer through the locker for a couple of weeks now. Make sure it is in your UV locker, and if it is, disconnect and reconnect your Vudu account and it should work.

      Disconnect and reconnect your UV account is kind of becoming to Vudu equivalent of unplugging then plugging something back in

          I just got off the phone with Sony and they ARE having issues with the UV accounts. They said that it can take 24-48 hours for the titles to transfer right now , ONCE they have submitted the request to their IT team. So, if anyone has any issues with a Sony title redeemed on their website, now you have the answer. you MUST call and have them expedite the fix.

          Why did I use SONY instead of VUDU? Well, I was told long ago by a Sony rep, if you redeem a Blu-ray code on VUDU and it redeems in SD, Sony WILL NOT upgrade it to HD if you did not use their site. So I always redeem on the studio's site and then have them get it right. VUDU will then receive the proper feed that will unlock when they get the HDX version in their system.

            I redeemed Stalingrad through them and it's a big old mess. They are still working on getting the right format to my UVVU account. Luckily they do respond fairly quick to support tickets.

              I have also noticed that since last week, movies redeemed via Vudu are taking a really ling time (24-48 hours) in transferring over to my shared account.

                Sony was very helpful in trying to rectify the issue. They gave me new codes to redeem thru VUDU while they work on this ongoing issue.

                  I have the main Vudu acct that I share with my buddies. My one buddy bought Fury and redeemed through Vudu. It only shows in his Vudu act and in his UVVU act and nobody else. Are you saying he Should unlink from my acct and then I reinvite him to share my library? I'm just worried we lose some movies with the linking and unlinking accounts. Thanks for the help!

                    Update--After double checking my buddy only sees it in his Vudu Account not his UVVU account. I unlinked and relinked to my library and no change. Any suggestions? Should he unlink and relink to my account? Any downside to him doing that? Thanks

                      I'm having the exact same problem. My mom's UV account is linked to mine. She redeemed Fury and sees it on her Vudu account but nowhere else. It is not showing in the UV locker at all. I'm not sure who to contact because I believe she redeemed the code through Vudu.

                      Unlinking and relinking won't do anything if it doesn't show up in the UV library. Seems like it is a problem pushing the UV rights from Vudu or Sony to update the UV library. Odd that it is only this title. Last week Lucy took over a day to update but it has been three days since Fury was redeemed.

                      Update: Ironically as I was typing my post Fury updated and is now showing on both Vudu accounts but I'm not seeing it in my UV library yet. I did login to my Flixster account right before posting. Maybe that did it, and Fury is showing up on Flixster. So, try logging into Flixster and see if that helps.

                        Just tried the flixster thing and nothing. Another weird thing is when my buddy logs onto uvvu.com it shows 16 movies but when the rest of us log on it show the full library minus fury....

                          go into UVVU.com unlink sony from your uv account log out of uv and Vudu then log back into sonypictures relink uv and then it should be fixed
                          thats what i did
