Vudu To Go not working after update

    This is an Adobe Air issue, that we have determined. We've already alerted Adobe to get this fixed in a future update. You will have to uninstall the current version and download the previous version from Adobe's website to get V2G to work at the moment.

      I have had the same issue. I followed the suggestions listed and removed the most recent Adobe Air version and downloaded the previous version. I can now view movies that I previously downloaded but I am still unable to download new content.

        Still an issue. But Adobe 29.0.12 worked.

          This is still not working for me There is no Version 29.0.12 that I can find . 29.0.0.112 does not work for me.

              Vudu To Go just isn't working anymore. The application starts up but nothing displays other than an empty blue square. I've tried re-installing vudutogo, I've re-installed Adobe Air v29, nothing works. The program simply won't operate anymore. Is Vudu addressing this at all?

                I have been having the same problem and have an open ticket almost 3 months ago. The only time I heard from them was the first few days when they asked for information that was already provided to them. Then the only other times is when I contact them and they say they are working on it. Their last reply pretty much said that they will fix it when they fix it and if they don't fix it, oh well.

                I have over 600 movies through them and I downloaded a bunch of movies to my 12T of external drives so I wouldn't have to stream them. I cannot access them now due to the app being broken. The windows 10 version doesn't allow you to download and access the previous versions of movies that were downloaded. It only streams. If I wanted a streaming service I would have signed up for Netflix.

                    I had deleted Vudu to Go and deleted the V32 Air Installer. Rebooted my computer and installed V29 Air Installer and followed it by reinstalling my Vudu to Go. I was able to download my movies and play them afterwards. I'm running Windows 10 on my system. Not sure why everyone is having issues deleting the updated V32 Air Installer for the V29 Air Installer.

                      I'm a novice when it comes to this sort of stuff. I downloaded the archived version of Adobe Air 29 but I don't know what to do with the file once I've downloaded it. I extracted the files to my computer. My computer operates on a Windows 10 platform. I looked for instructions online and can't find any.

                        I know I am coming late to this Vudu to Go party but this was the only thread I could find here.

                        Has anyone run into a movie getting stuck on the "Please Wait, Preparing to Download" screen?

                        It only seems to happen on the newer movies?
