Try removing Adobe Air too. Sometimes that helps.

You could call Vudu support too.

Yes, you'll need Air to run the application. Sometimes reinstalling it can help.

When you log in, do you see your user name in the top right corner of the window?

Which operating system are you running on your computer?

Re: vudu to go stopped working

          Hello Daniel,

I am using windows 8.1 completely updated.

Not sure when the problem started becasue I've used the program to do a lot of disc to digital conversions but not so much over the last two months and went to do some more and have the issue.

I uninstalled back vudo to go and adobe air and reinstalled the vudo to go which automatically reinstalled the adobe air and it had the exact same issue. Since I don't see many people reporting this issue its got to be something on my end I just don't know what since i've not installed any new software and I am not sure if the issue happened after a recent update or not of the os system.

I've tried attaching photo's here but it won't attach. Below is a direct copy link to photobucket with the screen caps showing what its like.

but to answer the question It never gets to the point i can log in, its just the black box with the vudu name in the upper right corner.

            Hello Dan,

Any ideas? Adobe air wanted to update today so i updated it and went to see if it fixed the issue and it did not.

So I am not sure what happened or what changed for it to work then stop.

There was an issue unrelated to your problem that affected all PC streaming/download this evening. I'm not saying it will necessarily be fixed for you, but you may want to try again now that it's resolved...

Re: vudu to go stopped working

                no didn't help.

I am not sure when the problem even started. Previously I had used the vudu to go with no issues. then last time when i went to do some disc to digital it opened up as in the picture.

i've uninstalled it and adobe air multiple times and reinstalled it with the adobe air it wanted with no luck.

I have blu rays i want to do disc to digital and this is the only pc with a blu ray drive.

too bad they don't have a disc to digital on their app for blu ray players.

I am just stumped at what it could be. I don't see or hear others complaining about it so its got to be something on my system but since i didn't install anything from when it worked to when it stopped i am at a lose.

Re: vudu to go stopped working

You could also remove everything in the Registry and ensure the folders for Vudu and Adobe Air are deleted. Something must survive the reinstall.

One more thought, if you were using mklink, remove it.

Added movies to my VUDU To Go and a week later I am unable to sign in. I have Windows XP and use Mozilla. It worked and then just stopped. I Deleted Both Adobe Air and VUDU To Go. Unhid my hidden files and searched for %appdata%.. computer could not find it (I dont know where to look for it either). I then went to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users and went into Application data .. deleted Adobe Air. Then went into C:\Documents and Settings\Compaq_Owner\Application Data and deleted com.vudu.air.Downloader and then deleted the Adobe Air file too. I ran a registry cleaner and then reloaded VUDU To Go and I clicked the box to download air with it. It loaded up but still wont allow me to sign in. The red little circle just spins and spins and spins. I went to Adobe site and downloaded Air and when I tried to instal it said I had the newest update. I am a bit frustrated to say the least as I have done this twice.
