Vudu D2D PC Version - Error creating cart, please try again.

I am trying to use the app for the PC, downloaded from the website today. When I put in a disc it gives me the option of adding the HDX or SD version to my cart, but once I click to add it I get the error message "Error creating cart, please try again." I have uninstalled, and reinstalled not just Vudu but also Adobe Air, I've searched and removed all files associated with both programs before a fresh install. I've tried uninstalling and installing a previous version of Adobe Air as well, all to no avail. PLEASE someone with Vudu fix this, missing out on a lot of revenue not getting this fixed and I want my digital movies!

DxDiag file was sent to Vudu customer support. Reference number
    Incident: 180520-000394

Please get this resolved, waiting for three months for a tech issue is not reasonable, it worked fine before you updated the app, so there is something wrong with your coding somewhere that it's not working. Or else you need to allow people to send you print screens of their titles showing that it can be added to cart and add it to my cart for me so I can still purchase them.

Did you by chance preciously scan these titles via M2D? For instance scan and then change your mind or scan after hitting your 100 M2D limit?

I ask as I did both of those things and now for those titles I cannot use D2D. With PC D2D I get the "Error creating cart" if the cart is empty or "Error adding to cart" if I have titles already in the cart.

I did the scanning May 2017 and this titles still will not work D2D.

I had computer problems, and had to redownload the program, which I did, and when running it, it only gives me "My Downloads" or "My Purchases", both of which are blank, the Login selection gives me the login popup, but doesn't seem to do anything once I've logged in, both tabs are still blank, and the option to read the disc is completely gone altogether.
