    Forwarded to Promotions Dept. Anyone have luck with that support ticket response?

    I had an issue with getting the wrong movie through D2D today. I opened a ticket with Vudu and sent them a pic of the correct movie with my d2d receipt and got a response that they would forward it to the promotions department. Anyone ever have any luck with that? I'd hate to have to go back to Walmart since I had to go 3 cities away to find one that was actually still capable of doing it and had people trained to do it.

          Quite honestly I believe that the only people who ever work on tickets is the forum mods when it is brought to their attention. Any other submission method even including the requested pictures will result only in an email saying that it is being elevated or passed on to the appropriate department. And then you will never hear back from them.

          I have a two week old ticket for instawatch of Fast Times at Ridgemont High that was supposedly being elevated to the content department. At this point I'm just waiting to see how much time goes by before they give up trying to figure out how to look at a jpg and close my case without responding to me.

          The mods here are right on top of things though. Just mention something in the forum and you will get instant action. Daniel and now FelipeF have been great at solving problems.

                  I messaged FelipeF but no answer.

                  I got many quick responses from support to send a pic of my bluray from my Godfather blu that redeemed in SD when it said HDX.

                  Now that I got them the pictures and info no responses.

                    Well, I just checked my disc again, suddenly it is now fixed and now reads HDX on checkout.

                    So they finally fixed it, now I wish they would fix my account and make it HDX.

                              Your issue is dependent on the studio. In these cases not much can be done.
