Error adding to cart, please try again.

I am trying to convert "Blade Runner: The Final Cut" bluray using disc-to-digital.

When I use the app to do so it identifies the disc CORRECTLY and says that it IS AVAILABLE for HDX. But when I try to add it to my cart I receive the error message "Error adding to cart, please try again."

I can add other movies just fine both before and after receiving the error.

I have already had support reset my cart once and uninstalled, cleared my cache and reinstalled several time to no avail. (Ticket:
    150407-000810)

    Pleases help.

When I followed the link two movies are visible although neither one of them are Blade Runner. I then removed all visible movies and tried again to no avail.

I then tried adding Blade Runner: The Final Cut to that list add I received this error "Blade Runner (The Final Cut) is already added." even though it does not display on the list.

Alas, if only it was that easy...

I think that I may have a long time ago tried to convert the "Directors Cut" version and then change my mind and removed it from my cart.

I did come across a thread about the Final Cut version mapping to the wrong version because Vudu did not have the Final Cut due to an exclusive deal with Flixster or a ultraviolet ALID error. But since disc-2-digital identifies the disc correctly and says that it is available I don't think that is the case.

I did try disconnecting my Flixster account from UV just to see if that would work but no luck.

Just to be clear I did NOT purchase the version that included a UV redemption code with it.

I am having the same trouble with several of my Blu-Ray discs. In the past I would take them to Wal-Mart and have them entered there but apparently VUDU no longer offers an in-store experience.

Is there some easy fix that I am overlooking?
