    Still a no-go for me. Nothing happens when I click "view order".

    Edit:

      I am having the same issue. I tried uninstalling, deleting the APPDATA folders and reinstalling, but still no luck.

        Hi FelipeF,

        Having issues common to this thread. I believe there are movies in my cart that are no longer available for conversion. I left movies in my cart for too long, and am no longer able to check out or even see the cart. However, I also have 50 movies in case that is the issue. Thank you

          I just tried to check out, and ran into the same issue.. I can't view order to go and checkout. I must have a movie or two that are no longer available for conversion. Is there a way you can help me out as well??? I've tried uninstalling all VUDUToGo and Adobe AIR and reinstalling with no luck....

            I've had the VUDU To Go app installed on my computer for a while now... I had put 40 items in my cart and was waiting until my wife and I could decide which of those movies we wanted to digitize... When I opened the app again to finish my purchase it said that there was an update... I installed the update and reopened the app, logged into my account but when I click on the "View Order" button, nothing happens... I have followed the advice on this thread to completely uninstall and reinstall and nothing changed... Any other tips are appreciated so we can get these movies digitized before going on our road trip next week!

              My cart is still broken. Opened a new ticket (161126-000075) and hopefully it gets fixed this time and referenced this thread.

                I've followed the suggestions in this thread and my account is still jacked. I've sent multiple requests to customer service starting on 12/10 and nothing yet. Certainly seems like it would be in their corporate interest to solve this if I've got 100's of discs that I'm trying to convert.

                      I've followed directions for uninstalling Adobe Air and V2G. Couldn't find the app data, even though I searched for it by entering info through Windows Explorer and followed steps on how to get it. I'm frustrated because I got 10 movies I wanted to convert, came back later to check out, and now after it asked me to sign back in, they don't appear. Additionally, any movie I already converted won't let me convert again because it's in my library, and any movie I'm trying to convert currently says it's in my library, but no checkout option is there anymore, so I can't even edit my order if I wanted to. I hope I can get some help because I came back to it months later and was able to pick up my progress and convert fine, so this is immensely frustrating. Hope you can help.

                            White Chicks is no longer available for conversion. You should now have access to your cart.

                              Hi there! I have done the above instructions multiple times over, and I am still not able to view or edit my cart for the in home disc to digital program. I have 44 items in my cart for a total of $98 and one of the items in my cart my friend gave me their code for it. And I am wanting to edit my cart or start from scratch, however how can I do that if I can't do that myself? I am just wondering....I have done this before about 2 months ago, but now it is giving me a message that says "We are unable to complete this transaction. Please try again later." It has done this for the past couple weeks...and I just want to start over from scratch if that is possible. What do I do?? Help please?! I have done those instructions multiple times and to no avail. Anyone else having problems?
