Okay I am now having this issue myself. I've only had the items in my cart for about a week or so if that. I've tried re-installing on 2 different machines and the View Cart button is still not doing anything. It's obviously the same issue on your end, I would really appreciate someone looking into this matter and removing the movie causing the error. (I'd like to know which one it is too!)

Thanks and I will keep an eye out for your reply.

        I'm having this same problem.

Edit: Never mind, got it fixed by calling Customer Service and having them empty my D2D title list. I then re-entered them, minus a now-problematic movie, and it worked as usual.

Having this same problem, did a re-install, no success.

I'm running this on Windows 10 so this is not a problem due to an outdated OS.

There are about 27 items in my cart but it is refusing to let me continue, view cart, or check out.

Had to remove American Dreamz, no longer available. Can you check if you can now access your cart?

Well, that also explains why the price it shows seems off for the number of movies it lists on mine.
So the solution is to call support? I wish there was a simpler solution, like it would just automatically drop the movie from the cart if it had an error instead of locking the whole thing up.

Re: Vudu to go "can't view order" or "continue" when disc doesn't read

                  Hi Vudu Support & Forum,

I've been having an issue trying to get vudu to go to display my order so I can purchase the movies I have in my cart. There's 38 items in there now and the subtotal is $40. Nothing happens when I click on "view order", but I can click on "add disc". The only problem with that is when I go to add a disc, it says there's a problem adding the movie and won't let me continue to purchase.

I have tried the steps that were posted before regarding removing AIR and V2G and reinstalling and had no luck.

Please help me fix this. I really don't want to have to scan 38 movies again. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

                  Thanks

Looks like I have the same issue. I have 16 in my cart and am stuck currently. I added most a couple of weeks ago so am guessing one is now ineligible? Is there a way to get this fixed? Appreciate any help.

Jackass Number Two was no longer available, it has been removed from your cart. You should now have access to your cart.

Thanks for the help. Back up and running. I have learned my lesson and won't let them sit like that again.
