Vudu to go "can't view order" or "continue" when disc doesn't read

    I haven't been able to access my in-home D2D cart since the 50% promotion went away. Is there anything that can be done to fix this? I've already tried uninstalling V2Go, Adobe Air, as well as deleting the app data as suggested at the beginning of this thread.

      I have several orders in my cart, but am unable to view it. The "View Cart" option on Vudu2Go isn't working for me, and neither is the "continue" option to let me add more titles to my cart. Any chance that I'll be able to access it again to re-install my order?

        I am having the same problem as everyone else. Tried the ste.ps listed but still unable to access order

          I'm having the same issue--unable to view order to proceed to my cart. I'd been sitting on many D2D conversions, so I'm assuming one of the movies in my cart is no longer eligble.

          @FelipeF, can you assist?

              I have been having the same issue for quite some time. I just found this forum and tried the steps listed, but they didn't work for me. Is there something else I can try or is there some way you can help me? Thanks!
