Here, Fandango at Home customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Fandango at Home and Fandango at Home -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc).     Issues with in-store disc to digital web page

    My D2D list for in-store conversion (http://www.vudu.com/disc_to_digital.html) is not working properly. I know it's not listing everything I've added to the queue, and it will not print. This is a bit of a problem because I want to manage the list to contain only the titles I intend to actually get converted the next time I do an in-store purchase, to make things simpler. I created a support ticket but I feel I'm not really getting anywhere. First rep said they just need to clear my list, second rep cleared my VuduToGo cart (!) instead of my in-store list, and now I've got a third rep telling me the in-store list is not operational anymore?

    I would appreciate if Jake, Felipe or John could have a look at my case. Thanks!

        I'm having the same issue not being able to see the movies I add, nor being able to print the list. Any assistance in getting this fixed would be appreciated.

              Same problem here unfortunately. Any help would be appreciated. Converting in store is a nightmare because I can't remove anything and they take forever to find what I need converting from my list.

                        Are you guys talking about the issue where previous titles that you converted on your last trip to Walmart reappear on the D2D list? Because that's been happening to me for months, but it doesn't matter. When they ring it up at the register it only counts the new titles, not the old ones.

                          My cart is fine, however my list does not show, for the Wal-Mart d2d page. I also cannot print my list. I believe I need my que cleared.

                            I have the same problem. It works but I cant see, remove movies from, or print my list. There is also a long list of movies on there. That makes it difficult for the Walmart person.
