    Disc to Digital not working

    Help! I can't seem to get my disc to digital to work, I've tried it multiple ways. On my iPhone through both Safari and Chrome, I keep getting the error "Your current location is not your billing address" over and over again, even though I am! I've made sure that safari, chrome and my camera app all have location services turned on. My billing address is my current address and location. I've tried restarting my phone, moving around my apartment, but nothing seems to work. I tried the desktop app on my iMac as well, but every time I insert a DVD, it never recognizes it, the green wheel just keeps spinning and it never does anything. Help! I don't know why it's so hard to do this!

    My disc to digital doesn't work either. I click on scan barcode and it takes a picture so fast I cant get the whole barcode in. When I finally do, it tells me it cant recognize the barcode and try again. I have never used this, but bought some new release movies that didnt come with a digital copy and wanted them on VUDU.

      Questions for you guys, what's the name of the movies that you are trying to convert to D2D? I am wondering if the newest movies work such as Aquaman.. or just on older movies.

        No, it doesn't matter what movie people are trying to convert. It just that the APP itself doesn't even allow you to get pass beyond the "Your current location is not your billing address" verification, right after the scanbar code tap on the 2nd screen. This feature is broken and many complains aren't still being heard at all despite many have already complained to VUDU tech support.

          So someone from Vudu reached out to me about the mobile app, I had to update my address and remove my apartment number from it, and now it works fine! I still can?t get my Vudu to go app on my desktop to work though, it won?t recognize any disc I insert. I checked to make sure Vudu accepts each movie as well, still nothing, just a spinning green wheel...

            I've been trying to edit my cart for a few days now but when I click edit it says "we are unable to complete this transaction."

              Disc to digital doesn?t work for me at all! No matter what I do, i have called support, emailed support (they told me to walk around my yard to see if it would work) and nothing works. I have now come up with a theory, if the movie is in fact an available title it?ll tell my my current location does not match my billing address, if it?s one that isn?t available it?ll tell me that barcode is not available, when I haven?t moved from the spot I was standing in. I tried to to do it with National Lampoon?s Christmas Vacation tonight and the barcode matched exactly with the D2D list, but it wouldn?t work. I tried to add photos but it wouldn?t let me. Can someone please help? Thank you!

                I can no longer add movies to digital on the mobile either. Like others have said, it states "Your current location is not your billing address." Furthermore it will not allow me to add my Wisconsin address. It only allows California in the field for state. Perhaps it has withdrawn services from all states except CA.

                  Make sure your Name and Address match exactly with what is in your payment method. I had an issue where I was using my full 9 digit zip and had to change to just the 5 digit.

                  I also had an issue where Google (I use an Android phone) was the incorrect location. I had to keep messing with Maps to get GPS to actually center on my location. That eventually worked out and is no longer an issue.

                  I also had an issue one time when I got a new Modem/Router from my internet provider that using high accuracy location services on my phone used my Modem/Router location which for some reason had an IP associated to another state. I had to keep complaining to Google Maps on that one as well (turning in to them an error report each time it did that). Eventually the Modem/Router adjusted to right location.

                  Every once in a while I will still get the mismatch error on a new scan even after successfully scanning a previous title. I close the app and open again and it works.

                    I'm having an issue with Disc to Digital on the app. The window to scan the upc is very small. A sliver of the screen. It will not scan any upcs any longer. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app and no change. Emailed support with no response.

                      There should be an update to the app (got mine yesterday) and it corrects the camera issue. There is a thread about it and they took action and fixed that issue.
