    To Go App Fails to Create Cart with Previously UPC Scanned Discs

    I sent this in as a ticket update but I thought I'd post here since it appears there's a better turn around time here

    It appears that any title that I scanned using the mobile app that failed due to unknown UPCs fail differently when using the To Go App.

    Here are the steps that I followed, in multiple instances:
    1) scanned the UPC of the movie, and got an unknown UPC error
    2) scanned the disc itself using the To Go app
    3) To Go recognized the movie and gave me the option to convert
    4) Once I made my choice to convert to HDX, it tells me it is unable to create the cart.

    It appears that my account has some residual data in there due to the failed scan. I'd much rather use the To Go app since it does not have the 100 scan limit the Mobile app does, but I currently have about 100 very old DVDs stacked behind my computer desk that are waiting to be scanned but cannot because I used the mobile app first on those discs.

    Please let me know if there's anything we can do. MOST discs I scan using the To Go app work flawlessly, unlike the mobile app. I'd like to continue using it for all of my movies.
