    Can't convert TROY directors cut

I already have the theatrical cut of Troy in my collection....it was the only version they offered when I got it.....now they do have the Directors Cut available, but when I try to do the D2D conversion of my Blu Ray disc at home it says I already own the Directors cut, and won't let me add it......I took it to Walmart, but they have the same result when they try to add it......any ideas? Thanks!

I might be able to fix this issue with the help from content for you. Sounds like a mapping error. I'll keep you posted.

Update: Please try converting your disc once again later this evening/night PST.

If you go to "convert dvds" under "services" and type in Troy in the search box it lists Troy twice.....clicking on the second one shows the "Directors Cut" is available for conversion....... and when I try to convert my Directors Cut blu ray, it is read as the Directors Cut, but I STILL receive the following message

            Blu-ray
Troy [WS] [Unrated Director's Cut] [Blu-ray]
This title is already in your library at the highest available resolution.

However I own the theatrical cut in my library, not the Directors Cut...........so it still won't let me add the Directors Cut to my collection

Re: Can't convert TROY directors cut

I know the ideal solution would to be to fix the mapping issue itself, but since it's been several days with no success, I was was wondering if anyone at Vudu might be able to add this to my collection manually and charge my account the conversion fee? I had a ticket open on this issue several months ago and talked to 2 different people in customer service on the phone, but they didn't act like they could do that for some reason.....anyway, I'd like to thank Felipe again for his efforts this week trying to fix the issue

I tried as well and it's showing I own the title. Would it be possible to send a screenshot of the bluray and have it added to my Vudu library?

                      Thanks!

I'm wondering the same thing......I'd be willing to lose the theatrical version to get the Directors Cut into my libray, evej though I would be paying for it twice since I already paid for the theatrical conversion.....but I don't want to buy it outright for 13.99....go figure, when it comes to "buying" it, it doesn't say I own the Directors Cut....only when I try to convert it.....LOL
