Walmart In-Store D2D Can't Login to Vudu Anymore

Hi. I have done in-store D2D at Walmart on several occasions but now they can't login to Vudu with the same information they have always used, same manager and employees so they are familiar with the process. I called the next closest store to me and the lady said she could not login as well and has done so previously without a problem. I have also talked to others around the country that have the same problem with their Walmarts that they have been going to for a while and suddenly the stores can't login to Vudu anymore. Any insight to this problem will be greatly appreciated. Thank you

That's just lazy Walmart employees and managers who don't care to help their customers. If they can't truly login, they need to call Walmart IT. I went through this process with my local store and they apparently locked themselves out of the system somehow. IT was able to unlock them and process my discs. MAKE THEM CALL!!!

Thanks for replying Kappa123. I went back today and told them that they needed to call Walmart IT. They called a Walmart number & the option they chose was Field support but they said they were closed that hours are 7 to 5. Does Field support sound like the correct department because she is going to call again tomorrow. Thanks again

I wish that was the case here lostinva but they have done D2D several times and there are others around the country that have the same problem now of being locked out of Vudu in-store D2D. I watch them enter all the info that they written down to login in the past. Yeah you're right in the majority of cases because most are clueless. Thanks for commenting lostinva.

If a store is having issues with their login or station in general, they are to call Field Support for assistance. They can take it from there and contact us if needed to be.
