The Vudu Forums are designed to help viewers get the most out of their Vudu experience. Here, Vudu customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Vudu and Vudu -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc). Although the primary purpose of these forums is to help Vudu customers with questions and/or problems with their Vudu service, there are also off-topic areas available within the Vudu Forums for users to chat with like-minded people, subject to the limitations below.

Please post all comments in English. When posting a comment in the Vudu Forums, please conduct yourself in a respectful and civil manner. While we respect that you may feel strongly about an issue, please leave room for discussion.

Vudu reserves the right to refrain from posting and/or to remove user comments, including comments that contain any of the following:

    Walmart is clueless about D2D how do I solve the issue?

    So I bought Steel book of Indian Jones set, the disc weren't recognized by the the app when I used it at home, The app suggested I take it to walmart. So I took it there and asked for D2D and they said we stopped doing this 5 years ago!!, so escalate this to the manager, and he was more clueless. I'm in PA.

    Any suggestions?

    Even if they knew what they were doing, the Indiana Jones movies are not eligible for disc to digital.

      Considering the Indiana Jones movies are not currently part of the Ultraviolet system, why did you think they would be available for disc to digital?

            Walmart employees are generally clueless about everything.

            A properly trained employee, or at least one who gave a crap, would have been able to explain to you that only certain Ultraviolet movies are able to be done D2D. The movies you were trying to convert are not able to be done because Disney owned properties are not part of the UV universe

              Because he obviously didn't understand that and went back to seek help. Walmart should have been able explain that to him.

              Customers don't always understand how everything works.....that's why there are sales associates on the floor...to help customers.
