The Vudu Forums are designed to help viewers get the most out of their Vudu experience. Here, Vudu customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Vudu and Vudu -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc). Although the primary purpose of these forums is to help Vudu customers with questions and/or problems with their Vudu service, there are also off-topic areas available within the Vudu Forums for users to chat with like-minded people, subject to the limitations below.

Please post all comments in English. When posting a comment in the Vudu Forums, please conduct yourself in a respectful and civil manner. While we respect that you may feel strongly about an issue, please leave room for discussion.

Vudu reserves the right to refrain from posting and/or to remove user comments, including comments that contain any of the following:

      I'm not sure where to post. I have been watching a series on my smart tv and I also watched it on my pc. The other day I tried to watch it on my pc and this is the error message I received. Playback error. Unable to start playback. The day before it worked just fine on my pc.
      I have no problems when I go on the tv Could you steer me in the right direction? Thank you.

        Is it a Windows PC? Is it Windows 10? Are you using the browser or the Vudu app for Win 10? So sometimes it works fine and others not? What's you ISP provider and down/up speed. Did you check the bandwidth while having the problem? Lot's of people all over the country are having random drops in speed and increases in pings or latency due to all the people at home working and streaming.

        The Windows 10 App or General Discussion sub-forums are better.

        You posted in a sub-forum about converting physical discs to streaming digital.

          I hope I'm posting this in the right place....

          I have been trying this for a couple weeks from my Galaxy S8 via the Vudu App to convert DVD's to digital. I can get through the initial process but every time I scan a bar code, it keeps telling me that my "Location must match billing address...". I have checked the billing address and it is correct. When i open up Google maps, it shows the location is the same address. So I am not sure what the issue is with me. Anyone else having this issue?
