The Vudu Forums are designed to help viewers get the most out of their Vudu experience. Here, Vudu customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Vudu and Vudu -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc). Although the primary purpose of these forums is to help Vudu customers with questions and/or problems with their Vudu service, there are also off-topic areas available within the Vudu Forums for users to chat with like-minded people, subject to the limitations below.

Please post all comments in English. When posting a comment in the Vudu Forums, please conduct yourself in a respectful and civil manner. While we respect that you may feel strongly about an issue, please leave room for discussion.

Vudu reserves the right to refrain from posting and/or to remove user comments, including comments that contain any of the following:

1. Obscenities, defamatory language, discriminatory language, or other language not suitable for a public forum
2. Email addresses, phone numbers, links to websites, physical addresses or other forms of contact information

    Does it still work ?

    The webpage is still up, you can search for titles, but I no longer see the convert option on the webpage or in the app.

    The PC/Mac app no longer works as all conversions are to happen in the Mobile App. I just checked and it still exists on Android.

    (Tried attaching a screenshot but the forum would allow it as the pic had too high a resolution)

      For iPhone and iPad you’re supposed to goto the website but it doesn’t really go anywhere It references the Vudu app but neither tthe iPhone or iPad apps have anything I can find in them anymore.

      if anyone with an Apple devices who’s used it recent can confirm.

        The address works on my iphone. I used it a few weeks ago and am at the limit, but it seems to be working.

          I couldn’t get it to work on any of my iPads but it did work on my iPhone and I was able to convert movies. Oddly enough since I was previously capped out; so it must have reset at some point.

          Glad to know it hasn’t been shut off.

          Sadly so many older movies are still only SD even these days.

          Glad I could add more titles and for only a few bucks each.

            I have been trying this for a couple weeks from my Galaxy S8 via the Vudu App. I can get through the initial process but every time I scan a bar code, it keeps telling me that my "Location must match billing address...". I have checked the billing address and it is correct. When i open up Google maps, it shows the location is the same address. So I am not sure what the issue is with me. Anyone else having this issue?

              This is an old one that a lot of people had years ago. In my case it was make sure that the name and address in Vudu EXACTLY matched the details in your preferred Credit Card on file. If using PayPal switch to credit card directly.
