Zodiac Director's Cut only giving Theatrical

Hello! New here and a little frustrated. I have about 650 films in my digital collection and just recently started doing disc to digital for the ones that don't have a digital code.

My biggest problem right now is Zodiac The Director's Cut.

I did disc to digital a couple weeks ago and it gave me the Theatrical version. The Blu-ray I used was the Director's Cut, because the Theatrical hasn't ever been released but on DVD. I went looking last nite thru films on Vudu and noticed the Director's Cut is available.

Here's the problem: I scanned my Blu-ray again and it told me I already own it. But I only own the Theatrical on digital. So, I got creative. I scanned the HDDVD of the Director's Cut... Same result. I scanned the DVD of the Director's Cut... Same results. So, I said let's scan the DVD of the Theatrical. Same results telling me I already own it.

Can I please get some help here on getting the correct version of the film I own? Can the glitch be fixed?

For the record the same thing happens for other films I own the extended cut of but only gives me the Theatrical even tho the extended our director's cut are available (ie: The Hangover and Superman The Movie to name 2 that gave me a version I don't own).

    Thanks for your time.

I'm sorry, no I have not. How do I go about doing that? The toll free number? Thank you for your response, btw.

Also, these films in my cart that I've marked are coming up Theatrical when they're either the Extended or Director's cuts. And I've checked to see and they're all available with the exception of maybe Jackass 3 Unrated (it's there's but not available to purchase anymore).
