Vudu disc to digital titles in "invisible" cart on website not app?

I cannot see any titles in my d2d cart on the website anymore and when I try to add a title it says it is already added. Has this become a problem recently? I spoke with a customer service rep on the phone who told me that she thought the drop down menu on the website (for those that dont show up in the app) was no longer usable. I just used it 2 weeks ago. Anyone else having a problem with this? How do I get it cleared? She told me that there is no pending titles in my cart and that it is already empty. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

I'm having the same problem. I called customer service but the guy didn't know what to do and said he didn't have authorization so was passing it up the chain. I also opened a service ticket, but since I've had one open since March I'm not sure how soon it will get resolved.

Thanks for the response! I knew I wasn't the only one with this problem, but as I said, I was able to add titles last month. Which is sooner than your March ticket. I just hope they fix it.

No, my march ticket is a second unrelated issue.

Sorry, I misunderstood. I hope they fix our issues soon. I reopened the ticket last night because the fix they told me to try didn't work. I removed the app from my computer and reinstalled and still nothing.

Appears others are experiencing the same issue under a different forum post " D2D Movies Disappear From Purchase List" after reading their posts, I can see the similarity. This is a big issue and needs to be addressed. Not sure why VUDU customer service reps on the help line have never heard about it before?

Anyone have the same issue? The website will not allow manual addition of titles in the add disc to digital titles. Not sure why, but VUDU support said they have to escalate the issue, but it seems as if this would be a major issue.

The Exorcist III is no longer available. You should now have access to your cart.

I had access briefly, and now I don't, can you please see about "wiping" the cart completely so I can start over?

                      Thank you Felipe!

It seems like the feature is being deprecated:

"Thank you for contacting VUDU Customer Care. I apologize for the inconvenience.
There is no need to print a list for in-store conversion. You need only bring your discs in. The list feature does not currently function since it is unnecessary.
If you have any further questions or concerns please feel free to contact us.

                        Best Regards,

                        Richard B."

Unfortunately, this information that was given to you is incorrect. The disc-to-digital printable list is still available. When your list suddenly disappears and is no longer printable, it's because a title in your cart is no longer available for conversion. Customer care will need to remove the problematic title/s to make your cart reappear.

I can concur. Felipe helped me by removing the titles no longer available and now I have a cart again. Thanks Felipe!
