I recently attempted to convert a number of movies I own using the At-Home D2D service. Unfortunately the only device I own capable of both reading Blu-Ray discs and performing the D2D is one of my Blu-Ray players, a Samsung BD-EM57C. The player has a built-in D2D function through Vudu, but the problem lies in that said function doesn't work because it loads and then completely freezes up at the following screen every time I attempt to use it:

When this occurs, my only option are to either press the disc-to-digital button on the remote (causing it to exit out of the D2D app and return to the main Smart HUB Menu) or to simply turn the Blu-Ray player itself off. I have tried everything from simply waiting on the frozen screen to attempting other input methods to contacting Samsung directly for assistance (they recommended I reset the player to factory settings, which did nothing). Is there anything I can do to resolve this issue outside of simply purchasing a newer model of Samsung BD player?
