    Location doesn't match billing address

I have been using disc to digital for about 2 years now and stopped working this week. I haven't moved or changed credit cards and all of a sudden it stops. haven't heard back from customer support yet and would like this resolved soon.

This is driving me crazy this week. I've tried all the steps. I'm very tech savvy. I called and they sent me the same BS steps. I will buy MA titles elsewhere if i can't D2D them

I can tell you exactly what has happened because I have the same problem and figured it out. The location they base your address at is the pin on Google maps. When M2D first started there were a lot of people who couldn't use it because the allowable radius around the pin was only about 30 feet so some people had to go to the other end of their house to get it working. I had to go outside because for me the pin was centered on the field in front of my place. Then after a couple months the acceptable radius was tremendously increased. I was able to convert from close to 100 feet away from the pin.

Well, that radius has been shrunk back to the original size. I checked on Google maps again and the pin is now centered on my barn. When I'm about 30 feet away from the location it works maybe 50% of the time. When I get 20 feet away it works normally. So here is what you have to do. Go to Google maps and type in your address then switch to satellite view and zoom in. Wherever the pin is for your address you are going to have to be about 20 feet from it. Maybe it will revert to the larger size but I'm betting that the new owners decided the original radius was just fine.

the pin on Google maps is right on top of my house. It is actually pointing at the exact spot I am sitting in. Still not working.

This started happening for me—I have been using d2d for ages with no problems but now it’s saying my billing doesn’t match my current address.

We have made some changes on our backend that should resolve the issues you were having converting your DVDs with our mobile disc-to-digital program. Please try scanning your DVD in about 24 hours to allow the changes to take effect. You might need to reboot your device to clear any cache from our mobile app.

I am getting the same message but I have confirmed my billing address is correct and I’m definitely at home.

This is the "canned" response I got for my issue as well.. This is after calling their customer service logging a ticket and getting elevated to "level 3" support... :/

I don't know what "backend" changes they made, but whatever it was fixed my issues.

So I went to my office and matched up my location with the map symbol of where I was per the map app (both apple and google) I ended up going out on the roof of the building to be perfect.
Still didn't work gave me the error message the my location and billing address did not match. In the beginning when I logged in I got a green check mark in each box that seemed to show I was ok to proceed. So now I don't know what to do.
