The Fandango at Home Forums are designed to help viewers get the most out of their Fandango at Home experience. Here, Fandango at Home customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Fandango at Home and Fandango at Home -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc). Although the primary purpose of these forums is to help Fandango at Home customers with questions and/or problems with their Fandango at Home service, there are also off-topic areas available within the Fandango at Home Forums for users to chat with like-minded people, subject to the limitations below.

      I tried V2G today to see how it performed and it's 100% operational now. Coincidentally I ran Windows Update last night. Not sure if the problem was theirs or if you guys at VUDU changed something, but I can convert discs again today. Thanks.

        It's still not working for me. I just ran the monthly Windows Update, and it didn't fix the problem.

          Now I see a blank "Purchases" tab also. So I signed out, trying to see if signing back in made a difference, but it wouldn't let me sign in. Anybody has two problems also, in additional to the blank disc-to-digital tab?

                    I'm having the same problem as others. I logged out and can't log back in again. The last update to this thread by a VUDU rep was a week ago.

                      I have had the same problem. Blank screen on Disc to Digital tab. I am running windows 7 Ultimate, which I recently reinstalled clean for other functionality issues. I then reinstalled my other necessary software in hopes that this would resolve my VUDU (blank screen issue). It did not. Then I thought, is this a windows/java issue? So I have a new windows 10 computer that I recently bought, I installed VUDU to Go software on that computer. Then I logged in and it WORKED! I don't know why exactly. I am able to see all tabs and they function correctly. Is this a conspiracy to push me to windows 10 on all my computers? I do not know, but it is working. Just thought I would share my findings.

                        Same thing here! My Vudu doesn't work at all now. Can't sign in. None of the screens are working.

                          I have tested a number of PCs and all the PCs that have this problem (blank tabs, can't sign in) use LG DVD or Blu-ray drives. Two of the PCs use Sony and Toshiba DVD drives and they don't have this problem (no blank tabs, can sign in). I swapped one of the LG drives for the Toshiba DVD drive, but unfortunately that did not fix the problem for the PC that originally had the LG drive. One of the PCs that have the problem has two drives: LG and Pioneer Blu-ray drives. I removed the LG drive and left only the Pioneer drive on that PC, but unfortunately, that also did not fix the problem. Maybe the Pioneer brand is also problematic, which the LG brand seems to be? Of course, none of this matters because all my LG and Pioneer drives used to work with Vudu-to-go. So what's up, Vudu? Any solution soon?

                            VuduToGo is updated again. (Version number is not changed, no automatic update)


                            Uninstall VuduToGo,

                            Delete VuduToGo.exe or VuduToGo.dmg

                            Download VuduToGo from www.vudu.com

                            Install VuduToGo again.

                                I am also not able to sign in, and all three tabs are black. Am using Windows 7. I have disabled firewall and anti-virus and have uninstalled and reinstalled Vudu To Go several times. Still not working.
