    I hope they fix this issue for Windows 7 users as I'm sure there are others like me who are not interested in upgrading their version of Windows.

      Make sure the network is connected.

      If network is disconnected, D2D html file cannot be loaded, then, it is a black screen.

      Also, it may take very long time to load D2D page.

      More test, launch a browser, copy and paste https://my.vudu.com/embeddedInHomeD2D.html

      What do you see?
      I see "Please upgrade to the latest version of VUDU To Go to Enjoy In-Home Disc to Digital conversion.
      You can download the latest version here"

      But The link is invalid -- javascript;

      Meanwhile, I'm running Windows 7, with the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Vudu to Go (from the VUDU homepage), and Adobe Air.

      I tried uninstalling and reinstalling V2G and Air, rebooting, clearing my cart, and making sure cookies are enabled for both Chrome and Firefox.

      Nothing has worked yet.

        Ok, I got it to work. It looks like the Disk to Digital application is built upon Internet Explorer. I do have IE8, but it's disabled for security reasons. What I had to do is go in and not only enable IE, but make sure that SSL and TLS are enabled.

          After updating to 2.2.8 I am able to go to My Purchases and see all my movies and download them and I see the ones I downloaded in My Downloads but however when I go to Disc to Digital it stays black.

          I have the Recent Adobe Air v23.0
          I have updated my Adobe Flash Player to Adobe Flash Player 64-bit v17
          Rebooted my computer after making sure everything was up to date.

          Uninstalled VudutoGo 2.2.8 and reinstalled it and still the same results.

          ==========================

          On my wife's laptop she has windows 10 and everything else the same that I have installed and it works fine on there.

          This bring said it's not a problem with windows or what software you have it's V2G software not compatible to read disc on windows 7.

          I personally refuse to update to Windows 8 or 10 just to use VudutoGo.
          If VudutoGo can't fix this issue then I will no longer have any use for them and they will lose me as a customer.

          ============= UPDATE =============
          Just finished installing the newest Internet Explorer 11 WIN764 and after doing so it than updated Adobe Flash Player 64-bit v17 to Adobe Flash Player v23.0.0.207.
          Now when I open my V2G 2.2.8 it will now works normal like it supposed to.
          I'm getting really frustrated now. I tried updating to internet explorer 11 but got a popup saying that internet explorer 11 needs an update before installing. When attempting to get the prerequisite (or prerequisites, not sure how many of those I need to download) I got the message, "The update is not applicable to your computer." OK, I figured this may have something to do with me turning off Windows Automatic Updates. When trying to force an update on Windows, I was told I did not have administrator privileges even though I'm the only account on the computer. I even tried installing the latest version of Adobe Flash Player, but even after a successful install of that, V2G is still not working.

          So, how far down the rabbit hole (and how much BS) do I have to put up with just to get a program to work that was just fine before?

          I had hope that Vudu was listening, but the lack of any updates or answers from Vudu is very disappointing. Should I not be able to use V2G because I'm using an older version of Windows?

            Thanks, finally someone has some useful information that actually works, as it did for me. You may not have been very clear, so let me clarify: First, you need IE to be set as your default browser; go to Control Panel > Internet Options > Programs and check if it is the default, and if not, make it so. I have IE9 and it works for me, so you don't necessary need the latest IE version. Second, go to Control Panel > Internet Options > Advanced, and under Security, check all the boxes for Use SSL 2.0 & 3.0, TLS 1.0, 1.1, 1.2. In other words, all boxes for SSL & TLS need to be checked; they are not all checked by default. Then voila, Vudu-to-go lets me do disc-to-digital again, and I just successfully transferred 10 titles.

              Still having issues on my MAC OS X Version 10.7.5

              My Disc to Digital window remains black even with the latest update.

              What is the issue? It's been this way since September 2016.

                  This hasn't been fixed. I check every couple of weeks.

                  Does any other service out there offer disk to digital? I'd love to be able to upload my DVDs...

                    Yeah, I've given up on this as well. If this many people are having issues with this program, perhaps Vudu should start from scratch.

                      Did anyone try my workaround in post 66? It worked for me and the other poster too. If it worked for two people I would say it should work for at least some of you.

                        I'm on MAC... which hasn't worked since September.

                        This is pretty ridiculous.

                          I've been using it on my 2014 MacBook Pro running OSX 10.11.6 without any problems.

                            Mine is not loading correctly in windows 10. However none of the movies I try to convert now seem to be recognized.

                              AGAIN, been having this ONE issue on my MAC OS X Version 10.7.5 since September. My Disc to Digital window remains black even with the latest update. Everything else about the program works fine. Works perfectly fine on my Windows PC.

                              Does anyone have a solution to this for MAC OS X 10.7.5???
