I check it almost daily to see if there are updates. Nothing new today. My other tabs work fine.

        Alright, Alright, Alright....

Here's the thing that worked for me. Mind you, i've been following this post since September, and VUDU's complete lack of responses and good information on how to fix it, is a joke. Vudu, you should be ashamed of yourselves, and your so-called software engineers, well, they need to be in the unemployment line. And to the group pushing Internet Explorer, you know this fix applies to other browsers.

The issue seems to be a security issue. V2G needs to have SSL 2.0 and 3.0, as well as TLS 1.0, 1.1, and 1.2 checked, each one needs to have a little check in the box. You don't need to restart, you don't need IE, and it took me like 5 seconds. I use Chrome, and made these changes (i was missing 3 of the 5) and started V2G and went directly to D2D, it popped right up. BTW, you DO NOT need to empty your cart. I'm also using Windows 8.1.

control panel -> network and internet -> internet options -> advanced -> go to security section -> check any of the above boxes not checked -> apply and you are on your way.

i'm not a Mac user, but check out this site. It might get you guys in the right direction: https://knowledge.geotrust.com/suppo...int&actp=PRINT

For the record, I had nether SSL settings enabled, and the D2D tab was working just fine. I was never having the problem with the blank tab. I experimented with the TLS settings found that it only matters whether TLS 1.1 or 1.2 enabled. As long as either one of those is enabled, it works.

This worked! I can't thank you enough for bringing this to my attention, as all the other solutions (upgrading I.E) created more problems and didn't fix the issue. I wish Vudu had used more effective troubleshooting and was more speedy with their response, but now I can finally go back to converting my discs again. It's about time.

The only thing that worked for me was creating a new user on my mac and using it there, my main user account still plagued with issues.

Does anyone have a solution to this for MAC OS X 10.7.5???
I am having the exact same issue and I'm also running Mac OSX 10.7.5

I'm not sure on the specific date when my program stopped working, but I know it's been a few months, so it was probably September as well. I've put in a support request on VUDU's website but it's been a few weeks since then and I've not received any response. I'm glad I found this forum, so now I know I'm not the only one having this problem. I've tried doing some of the suggestions in this forum, but they have all been for Windows, so none of them work on my Mac... I'm going to try downloading the application on a friends windows computer tomorrow to see if it works on there, but VUDU really needs to get this fixed...

Thank you for this. This is exactly the answer I needed. I don't know why VUDU doesn't make this information freely accessible on their website on an easy-to-find FAQs page or something.
