I found a solution that doesn't require customer service. Changing your payment method fixes the issue. Change it once and then change it back if needed. Your cart is clear.

I have the same issue. Sent you my login info in PM. Thanks!

I've had an open ticket and I've posted on the forum for a problem I've had for two months now. My disc to digital cart is invisible. If I add a movie it shows the cart as empty but when I try to add it again it says it is already added. There is a movie in there that is not disc to digital available anymore. It has happened to me before, is there anyone who can remove it?

I have the same issue, I was in the middle of scanning movies. Timed out I guess as I was going through disc, my cart shows empty now but when I try to scan the movies again it says they're already in the cart. But when I click view cart or checkout, it says my cart is empty. I opened a ticket, I hope someone can clear my cart for me so I can transfer / purchase these mobile D2D.

I'm having the same issue. It rejected my initial payment, I switched, and now my cart is "empty" but I can't re scan any movie. I've restarted apps, switched payment methods again, scanned and purchased another title, but no luck figuring a "fix".

I have a Walmart account rather than a native Vudu account. I attempted to convert a disc-to-digital using my Android phone, and it took me as far as the purchase process, but told me that my payment method was invalid. I checked my payment methods (which takes me to Walmart's website), updated them just in case there was something wrong with them, and went back to the Vudu app. I couldn't get to my cart; I had to go through the "Scan a barcode" process again. I did that, and the app told me the title was already in my cart, but it showed me 0 items in my cart.

I attempted to open the Vudu2Go app on my computer, and it shows 13 items in my cart (I must have added them and never purchased them a long time ago), but it won't actually let me go to my cart. Clicking the "View Order" button in the Vudu2Go app on my computer does absolutely nothing.

Can someone please get these app issues fixed? I really like the disc-to-digital service, but, if it doesn't work at all, there's no point in advertising it.

I did send a PM to FelipeF a few days ago, but haven't gotten a response, yet. I'm sure there must be more than one moderator/admin that can handle this, so that Felipe doesn't have to be solely responsible for all of these issues (assuming Felipe is even still active on these forums).
