      I'm having the same issue, I added movies, but then it made me update my billing info, which caused the cart to go missing, but now it keeps telling me those discs are already in the cart, but they never show up, even if I add different ones and complete the transaction. How do I get the phantom cart cleared up?

                      I tried to do disc to digital and it would never let me process my purchase. So I gave up, now that I'm using the app there are movies that are saying they are already in my cart. Can I get both my app and my disc to digital carts cleaned out?

                            I see everyone with the same problem. I also tried converting and lost one. It said I needed to sign in again then my cart went empty but I rescan and it says it's in my cart. No it's not. WTH!!! I want my Ghost Rider.
