Disc to digital cart invisible

    I have the same problem also, I need my cart cleared because I needed to change the payment method.

      I'm having the same issue. Went to use disc to digital, payment had issues, updated payment method and am cursed with the "invisible cart" issue.

        Is there any vudu moderator that can reset my disc to digital cart. I was in the attempt to convert a disc and it said i didnt have any funds even thouh i had plenty.

          Can someone please clear my cart as well? It looks empty when trying to check out, but I have 8 movies currently scanned and ready to convert..

            I’m having the same problem. I scanned several discs, then went to checkout. But my payment method needed changed, and it failed. I updated the payment method, but the cart appears empty (can’t checkout unless I put a new item in). But when I try to scan any of the discs from before, I just get the message that it’s already in the cart at equal or higher resolution, and fails.

            Help, please!
