    I'm having the same issue, I added movies, but then it made me update my billing info, which caused the cart to go missing, but now it keeps telling me those discs are already in the cart, but they never show up, even if I add different ones and complete the transaction. How do I get the phantom cart cleared up?

    This happened to me to. V2Go app was having issues when I was trying to checkout so I closed it and relaunched. No checkout button. But when I try to add the same movies again, it says they're already in another cart.

    Any ideas? I've tried uninstalling but no workie.

    The Town (Extended Cut) is no longer available for conversion. You should now have access to your cart.

    I am having this same issue as well. I called Vudu customer support and they told me it is just an issue that I have to deal with and just to bring in my DVD's and blu ray to walmart without a list. Is there anyone that can help me with this issue?

    Yes, FelipeF fixed it, in fact he is the same person who fixed it for me previously. The support ticket does not work for this issue. I told them exactly what was wrong, how to fix it, I even told them the name of the movie and how it was fixed previously and they still couldn't do it.
    I hope felipef is on their payroll and that they have him training others.
