This is ridiculous. I can't convert because I must be at my billing address. Except I am at my billing address. I am in my bedroom. I live on a 3 acre parcel. What am I supposed to do, wander around the property through the fields and try to find out where I live according to Vudu? Maybe I'll have to stand in the middle of the creek for it to register.

Felipe, give your techs some feedback. The app is garbage because even when you meet the requirements you don't meet the requirements. I suppose I could dig out my desktop and use it to convert my movies like I used to except for the fact that my motherboard is fried and I don't feel like paying hundreds of dollars for a computer so I can get $2 movies.

Trying to use android app on my j3. It can't verify my billing address/location. I have a Walmart money card I use on Walmart.com and vudu with the same Billing address. I get the location icon on my phone when it tries but it still doesn't work. It says Billing must match. All other requirements are checked off. Disappointed

Can't use Vudu to Go, never takes my password even though I can log into vudu on everything else.

I have yet to receive the confirmation email. It's not in spam either...

You are correct. And did work on my iPad Mini w/ cell/GPS even though not activated on SIM. Also worked on my iPhone 7 Plus.

Not something we should be talking about. Let's not give them a reason this should be shut down. Don't want to back to physically scanning discs.

I don't have a unit number but thanks for the suggestion. Anyone else having problems with this on a iPhone 7 plus?

If you are getting that specific error I would check your cart, both in VuduToGo and Mobile, most likely there i s somethig there causing the error.

I believe this error is related to the title already being in your cart. Or perhaps others problems with your cart. Since it sounds like you haven't added anything to your mobile cart, is the title in your VuduToGo cart?

I get the exact same message but it only occurs for titles that are in my VuduToGo cart. Other titles scan fine. The problem is my VuduToGo cart is non responsive, it gives an error when I try to edit, etc. and I need it cleared. I am sure this will fix my issue.
I'll haveto check this out when I get home. Probably not the issue, but worth a look

So after trying about 50 DVD's and 75 Blurays here's what I had. One movie had a UPC that actually loaded, Three movies were recognized as already owned in my collection the rest weren't recognized at all. Not a good start.

I have made a "LIST OF UPC NOT RECOGNIZED" post now. It should be visible in the D2D FORUM.

I will add to it as folks try the MD2D and hit unrecognized eligible titles. Hopefully adding these UPC will be an easy task for VUDU and they will make this a robust program as quickly as possible.
